Summary: We are seeking a Business Analyst at Qualient Solutions, specifically targeting British citizens residing in Edinburgh, UK. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
- Conduct gap analysis and identify process improvement opportunities.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
- Work closely with developers, QA, and project managers to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations with stakeholders.
- Assist in testing, validation, and deployment of solutions.
- Create and maintain documentation such as BRDs (Business Requirements Documents), FRDs (Functional Requirements Documents), workflows, and use cases.
- Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues.
- Support change management and training efforts.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with business analysis tools such as MS Excel, Visio, Jira, Confluence, or similar.
- Knowledge of project management and software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
- Experience in data analysis and reporting is a plus.
