Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
• Conduct gap analysis and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
• Work closely with developers, QA, and project managers to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations with stakeholders.
• Assist in testing, validation, and deployment of solutions.
• Create and maintain documentation such as BRDs (Business Requirements Documents), FRDs (Functional Requirements Documents), workflows, and use cases.
• Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues.
• Support change management and training efforts.

Key Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with business analysis tools such as MS Excel, Visio, Jira, Confluence, or similar.
• Knowledge of project management and software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
• Experience in data analysis and reporting is a plus.
