Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

- Support the Project Manager with the resolution of risks and issues.
- Contribute to the development of Business Readiness plans.
- Participate in technical design discussions and specification reviews.
- Provide approval of solution and functional designs.
- Support the development of training materials.
- Ensure compliance with project governance, reporting, and tracking.
- Work with third-party vendors to ensure understanding of requirements.

About The Role We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join us on an initial six-month fixed term contract to provide analysis support for the implementation of various change initiatives, working within our fast-paced Change department. This role will be responsible for delivering change across processes, people and systems, across regulatory, mandatory and growth portfolios. You’ll be working alongside colleagues in Change, Technology and Business teams to facilitate the delivery of our strategic objectives. You’ll be investigating business situations, identifying and evaluating improvement options, defining requirements and ensuring that implemented solutions meet the needs of the business and our colleagues. You’ll work to ensure that we deliver to quality, cost and delivery targets through bringing together cross-functional teams, working effectively to ensure success.
You’ll Spend Your Time Interact with stakeholders and SMEs in order to appropriately understand their problems and needs Applying a range of analysis techniques to elicit requirements from stakeholders in order to ascertain required business outcomes, adapting approaches as required to ensure that the right outcomes are achieved Produce analysis deliverables (including requirements specifications, customer journeys, process models, data analysis, use cases, impact assessments, change requests and requirements traceability) in line with agreed standards and within agreed timelines Peer review on analysis deliverables produced by other Business Analysts Maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to obtain consensus of business requirements and acceptance of solutions that will meet the required outcomes Proactively communicate progress of analysis deliverables to the Project Manager and escalate any potential risks or issues as they arise that could impact delivery Support the Project Manager with the resolution of risks and issues as they arise throughout the project Contribute to the development of Business Readiness plans and support the Project Manager and stakeholders as appropriate Participate in technical design discussions and technical specification reviews Provide approval of solution and functional designs Support the development of training materials Be fully compliant with project governance, reporting and tracking Working with third-party vendors to ensure they understand our requirements and have access to the required stakeholders to both inform and test our delivery
