The candidate will be responsible for data analysis, process improvement, and ensuring timely project delivery. Immediate availability is preferred, with a mix of on-site and remote work options.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage acquisition and integration plans, providing regular updates and escalating risks to ensure timely project delivery.
• Work collaboratively with project teams to scope and articulate new requirements.
• Identify, analyze, and solve issues proactively, offering practical solutions where necessary.
• Develop processes, templates, and ways of working to close any identified gaps.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance project efficiency, cost-effectiveness, or timelines.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring they have the information they need, when they need it.
• Review completed work to identify opportunities for future improvements.

Key Skills:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in data-related projects and system integration.
• Familiarity with Salesforce implementation in a BA capacity is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to collect and interpret data effectively.
