Summary: The role of Technical Business Analyst involves conducting comprehensive business analysis activities, particularly focusing on M365, MSTeams, and related policies. The position requires collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure effective communication and adherence to change management processes throughout the project lifecycle. This contract role is hybrid, requiring onsite attendance for workshops, and is classified as inside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting all business analysis activities on behalf of the BA Practice and developing key BA artefacts.
- Developing solid communication channels within and outside projects and providing regular feedback to stakeholders.
- Ensuring adherence to the Society's change management framework and providing a traceable summary of deliverables and changes.
- Ensuring changes result in positive customer outcomes consistent with Members First principles.
- Providing ongoing business analysis support throughout the project lifecycle to Change and IT project teams and third-party suppliers.
- Supporting business owners in readiness activities, including identifying changes to procedures, testing, communication, and training needs.
- Working with Project Managers, other Business Analysts, and stakeholders to maintain optimum communication and teamwork.
Key Skills:
- Experience with M365, MSTeams, and related policies.
- Good understanding of requirements elicitation, process modelling techniques, and operational design.
- Ability to quickly develop a detailed understanding of business processes and identify gaps.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to question, challenge, and gain buy-in.
- Experience in M365 implementation.
