Summary: The role of Business Analyst focuses on supporting a leading organization during its discovery phase, requiring a technical expert in Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platforms. The position emphasizes experience in business process mapping, data governance, and stakeholder management. Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrable experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Hands-on knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
  • Experience working with Microsoft Business Central
  • Proficiency in Power BI for reporting and decision-support
  • Understanding of system integration and data flow between Microsoft platforms
  • Proven experience in end-to-end business process mapping and redesign
  • Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills
  • Ability to challenge both technology and business processes to deliver optimal outcomes
  • Experience defining data standards, governance frameworks, and SOPs
  • Track record of delivering measurable business improvement through process change
  • Operational experience working in multi-site, field-based service businesses
  • Understanding of cash collection, WIP management, and billing processes
  • Ability to align operational workflows with financial performance cycles
  • Comfortable working with teams across multiple regions and skill levels
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experienced facilitator, able to run productive workshops with diverse groups
  • Strong prioritisation skills with the ability to take ownership and drive resolution
  • Confident in presenting recommendations to senior management

Business Analyst needed for a leading organisation going through a discovery phase. They are looking for a technical Business Analyst with the following:

  • Demonstrable experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
