Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth discovery meetings to understand and capture complex business requirements and operational objectives.
• Define and develop specification documents and conduct reviews with stakeholders and Product team members.
• Liaise with Product Management teams and technical resources during product development.
• Ensure services are delivered in accordance with agreed customer requirements.
• Provide support to customers as a subject matter expert, including interface monitoring, demand analysis, production issue resolution, and root cause analysis.
