Summary: The Business Analyst role involves supporting a large enterprise programme focused on delivering complex change initiatives within a regulated environment. We are supporting a large enterprise programme delivering complex change initiatives
within a highly regulated environment. As part of this programme, we are recruiting
multiple Business Analysts across a mix of generalist and data-focused profiles.
These roles sit within structured transformation programmes and offer opportunities for
Business Analysts with different strengths, provided they have recent experience
operating in large, regulated organisations.
The Role
Depending on the assignment, you will work across:
* Business and operational change initiatives
* Data-led workstreams, including analysis, reporting, and data-driven process
improvement
* Requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement across
technology and operations
Some roles will suit traditional Business Analysts, while others will suit Data-focused
Business Analysts or candidates who sit between Business Analysis and Data
Analysis.
Essential Experience
All candidates must demonstrate:
* Recent experience (within the last 5-6 years) working in large banking or
financial services environments
* Delivery experience on complex change or transformation programmes
* Strong stakeholder engagement and documentation skills
* Ability to operate within structured, governed environments
Desirable (Role-Dependent)
* Strong data analysis experience (SQL, data quality, reporting, controls, or
governance)
* Experience operating as a Data Business Analyst or Business/Data Analyst
