Summary: The Business Analyst role is a 6-month temporary position focused on documenting current processes for a not-for-profit public sector client owned by the Welsh Government. The successful candidate will create process maps, user guides, and support the implementation of Property Management Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. This position requires engagement with stakeholders and third-party partners to ensure streamlined solutions. The role offers hybrid working arrangements and is full-time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Document current processes carried out in-house and by third parties.
- Create process maps and procedures to support business-as-usual (BAU) users for go-live.
- Document user guides and future procedures for Operations and Finance teams.
- Attend workshops and engage with third-party configuration partners.
- Support stakeholders/users with documentation, testing, and formatting of core information.
- Develop end-to-end testing for application processes in the system.
- Support the implementation of Property Management Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations add-on.
- Test processes run through the system and document results.
- Work with system users for ad hoc requests.
Key Skills:
- Core business process knowledge and best practices.
- Experience producing process maps.
- Experience documenting processes from end to end and producing user guides.
- Ability to liaise with third parties and stakeholders.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
