Summary: The Business Analyst role involves supporting the digital transformation team within a large public sector organization in South Wales. The position focuses on process analysis, business requirements capture, and requirements gathering to enhance organizational effectiveness and improve public sector services. This is a temp to perm opportunity with hybrid working arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Analysis: Analyse current processes, gather performance data, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Eliminate duplication, automate tasks, suggest system changes, enhance training, and improve documentation to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Engage with stakeholders to document and prioritise business requirements.
  • Act as the interface between workstreams, business, and IT/Digital teams.
  • Gather requirements for complex procurements by engaging with internal stakeholders and shadowing frontline operational roles.

Key Skills:

  • Experience in process analysis and improvement.
