Summary: The Manufacturing Business Analyst role at MERITUS involves working within the aerospace industry on a hybrid basis for an initial 12-month contract. The position requires translating business needs into IT requirements and identifying opportunities for business transformation through technology. The analyst will collaborate with a Multi-Functional Team to enhance understanding of business processes and support ERP deployment in the UK plant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and develop specification documents and conduct reviews with stakeholders and Product team members.
• Liaise with Product Management teams and technical resources during product development.
• Act as a subject matter expert to provide support to customers, conduct interface monitoring, and perform missing parts demand analysis.
• Resolve production issues and conduct root cause analysis.
• Support the deployment of the ERP in the UK plant.
