Summary: The Business Analyst role at Broughton involves acting as a liaison between business needs and IT solutions within a Multi-Functional Team. The position focuses on identifying improvement opportunities and delivering solutions that align with long-term business objectives, particularly for Manufacturing Engineers. The role requires a proactive approach to ensure service delivery and operational goals are met while promoting best practices. BPSS+ clearance is required for this 12-month hybrid contract position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to capture and understand complex business requirements and recommend automation opportunities.
• Develop clear specification documents and review them with stakeholders and Product Team members.
• Partner with Product Management and technical teams to align product development with business needs.
• Ensure IT services meet customer expectations and operational objectives.
• Act as a subject matter expert, providing hands-on support for interface monitoring, production issue resolution, and root cause analysis.
• Support the implementation and deployment of the Unified ERP system in the UK plant.
