Summary: The role of Business Analyst involves leading stakeholder engagement and current state analysis to support the delivery of a new SaaS application for a financial services brand. The position requires ownership of requirements definition and facilitating workshops to ensure solutions meet business needs. The analyst will also manage risks and dependencies while partnering with architects to validate solution feasibility. This is a contract position with a focus on collaboration and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead stakeholder identification, engagement, and current state analysis to uncover pain points and opportunities
- Own requirements definition and traceability, ensuring solutions meet business needs and acceptance criteria
- Facilitate workshops, lead meetings, and timebox activities to maintain focus and momentum
- Ring fence workstream scope, proactively manage risks, dependencies, and assumptions
- Partner with architects and delivery leads to validate solution feasibility and drive continuous improvement
- Drive change control and impact analysis to balance business value with minimal disruption
Key Skills:
- Experience as a Business Analyst in financial services
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Proficiency in requirements definition and traceability

Salary (Rate): £525 daily
