Summary: The role of Business Analyst focuses on API integrations, logistics, and digital retail within a fast-paced environment. The candidate will work closely with engineering teams and operational stakeholders to ensure successful transitions and decommissioning of systems. This is a hands-on role requiring on-site presence 3 to 5 days a week in Bradford.

Contract Length: Initial 3 month contract
Location: Bradford, on site 3 to 5 days per week - you must be living within commuting distance.
Rate: £450-£500pd - Outside IR35
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst who can work confidently across technology, logistics and digital retail functions.
This role combines business analysis with some hands on project management, supporting the delivery of complex change across a fast paced retail environment.
You will work closely with engineering teams on API integrations and Middleware changes, and with operational stakeholders across warehousing and fulfilment.

A key focus will be leading the analysis and coordination required to decommission a system currently operated by European colleagues.
This involves mapping data flows, documenting integrations, planning transitions and ensuring operational continuity.

About You
  • Strong background as a Business Analyst with experience in digital retail environments
  • Understanding of logistics, warehousing or fulfilment processes
  • Confident working with API integrations, data flows and middleware
  • Practical project management experience, able to structure and drive delivery activity
  • Able to work closely with both technical and operational teams
  • Clear communication style with a structured approach to analysis and documentation
  • Comfortable being on site 3 to 5 days per week in a hands on environment
