Summary: The Business Analyst role involves supporting a FTSE listed company's digital transformation by documenting and analyzing business processes, products, and services. The position requires collaboration with various stakeholders to define problems, assess business requirements, and recommend solutions. The role is hybrid, requiring three days a week in the Birmingham office, and is outside IR35 for a duration of six months. Experience with Dynamics and Coins systems is essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Document and analyse business processes, products, services, solutions, and data to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
• Evaluate the impact of proposed solutions on business operations, including processes, products, services, solutions, and data.
• Work closely with change management teams to translate business needs into clear, detailed functional and non-functional specifications.
• Plan and manage the analysis of business situations.
• Establish frameworks for investigative approaches.
• Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, including leadership and provide recommendations.
• Define problems and analyse root causes.
• Identify, assess, and document business requirements from stakeholders, recommending business priorities and advising business on options, risks and costs versus benefits of various solutions.
• Conduct research to determine if solutions to business requirements currently exist within or outside the business, and if not, whether new solutions are feasible.
• Work with technology team members, functional counterparts, vendors and related business partners.

• Document and analyse business processes, products, services, solutions, and data to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
