Key Responsibilities
- Understand and articulate user needs across platform consumers
- Define and manage requirements for data platforms and enabling services
- Analyse data processes and flows to support platform design and modernisation
- Support discovery, delivery and iterative improvement
- Ensure alignment with policy, security and governance standards
- Contribute to measuring outcomes linked to improved data accessibility and usability
Skills & Experience Required
- Stakeholder engagement and requirements management
- Backlog refinement and 3 Amigos facilitation
- Data governance: data lineage, data quality, data dictionary development
- Experience working within agile delivery teams
- Analytical skills — data process/flow analysis
- Understanding of data platform design and modernisation
- Good communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Awareness of policy, security and governance frameworks
