Summary: The Transformation Programme Business Analyst at FDM will play a crucial role in a multi-year global transformation within the financial services sector, focusing on enhancing talent acquisition processes. This hybrid position involves working closely with stakeholders to design and implement technology solutions, including SAP SuccessFactors and eightfold.ai, aimed at improving the hiring experience. The role requires strong business analysis skills and a commitment to high-quality documentation and design. This is an initial 12-month contract with potential for extension, based in Birmingham or Sheffield.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with key stakeholders to identify business requirements and support end-to-end process design.
  • Document and analyze personas and journeys, developing detailed “as is” and “to be” experience and process descriptions.
  • Analyze HR processes to identify opportunities for automation and improvement.
  • Act as a solution functional expert and support change management activities.
  • Manage and minimize operational risk in HR processes in line with the client’s risk management framework.
  • Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary design team within the TA transformation programme.

Key Skills:

  • Business analysis, process, and experience design skills.
  • Understanding of agile and design thinking methodologies.
  • Ability to translate functional requirements into technical documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality documentation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Understanding of data models, experience and process, and system integrations.
  • Motivated self-starter with a curiosity for finding better solutions.
  • Knowledge of HR, Talent Acquisition, and Service Management technologies (preferably SuccessFactors, Service Now, and Eightfold).

Salary (Rate): £40,000.00
