The requirement is for 5 BAs to work across 5 separate workstreams (IT infrastructure, IT Security, HR & Finance etc.), initially focussed on gap analysis work between both environments, before ultimately supporting integration phases as the programme progresses. We are looking to engage experienced, well-rounded Business Analysts, with a focus on process mapping and gap analysis skills. For each workstream, the client requires a BA who can articulate the impact/implication of any gaps identified, and subsequently work with the wider team to determine how to close the gaps.The Terms:Predominantly home-based, with some travel to the Midlands required (c. once a week).A long-term contract working on a high-profile integration programme.Outside IR35 contract.Strong market rate, with weekly pay.Expected 12 month+ duration.We are looking for:An experienced Business Analyst with a strong track record working on complex projects for large businesses ( bn+ turnover).Full-lifecycle BA, with extensive experience shaping the early stages of projects, including gap analysis, as-is to-be processes, and process mapping, on large projects.IT and/or Business Process integration experience would be beneficial, but not essential.Excellent communication and facilitation skills.Very urgent requirement, please express an interest ASAP.
