Summary: The Business Analyst/PM role at a prestigious banking client in Belfast involves leading the design and delivery of services for Credit RWA calculations within the Markets Transformation Team. The position requires critical thinking and data analysis to translate business requirements into actionable deliverables while collaborating with various stakeholders. The role emphasizes maintaining a hands-on approach to project delivery and managing dependencies across initiatives. This is an initial 7-month contract with a hybrid work schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and delivery of services required to support Credit RWA calculations.
  • Apply independent critical thinking and data analysis to simplify complex problems into actionable deliverables.
  • Facilitate working groups with stakeholders from Business, Quant, Finance, and Technology to identify key data elements and design the target operating model/architecture.
  • Translate business requirements and target architectures into clear delivery milestones, coordinating project plans and deliverables with stakeholders.
  • Maintain a hands-on approach to project delivery, working closely with technical teams to ensure accurate understanding, implementation, and on-time delivery of requirements.
  • Manage internal and external dependencies across initiatives, collaborating with Business, Quant, Finance, and Technology teams.
  • Identify challenges proactively and address or escalate risks and issues in a timely, clear, and organized manner, engaging the relevant stakeholders.
  • Produce detailed and insightful project updates and materials, adjusting content for various forums and committees.
  • Foster strong relationships and work collaboratively to support the successful execution of programs.
