Summary: The Business Analyst role is a 12-month contract position focused on supporting a financial services organization's large-scale transformation programme. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering requirements, conducting solution analysis, and ensuring business readiness for new systems and processes. This hybrid role requires collaboration with various stakeholders to align project deliverables with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed requirement documentation to support project objectives.
• Conduct solution analysis to align business needs with technical capabilities.
• Create process maps to visualise and improve workflows.
• Support the development of business readiness materials to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure alignment on deliverables.
• Assist with acceptance and validation activities to ensure solutions meet business requirements.

Key Skills:

• Business Analyst experience within the Wealth Management/Asset Management/Insurance/Investment or other Financial Services Sectors.
• Strong skills in requirement gathering, process mapping, and solution analysis.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• A collaborative approach with the ability to work across multiple teams and functions.
• Knowledge of transformation programmes and familiarity with wealth management platform upgrades (e.g., GBST Composer) is desirable but not essential.
