Business Analyst

Summary: The Business Analyst role involves transforming a business function by gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements. The position requires building relationships with stakeholders and supporting the development of solutions to meet project outcomes. The role is based in Basingstoke and offers a flexible working arrangement of three days per week. The contract duration is six months with potential for extension.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure requirements are gathered and understood.
• Support the development, testing, and implementation of project deliverables.
• Plan and run stakeholder workshops and interviews to ensure the delivery of the project is successful.
• Useful to have worked as a Business Analyst on Business Process Change Projects.
• Beneficial to have worked within public sector or public sector funded organisations.

Key Skills:

• Experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
• Experience in project deliverables development and testing.
• Familiarity with public sector or public sector funded organisations.

Salary (Rate): £450 daily
