We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a review of two key Local Government case management systems: IDOX Uniform and Civica APP.
The role will focus on analysing system usage, functional capability, and operational requirements in order to support strategic decisions around system optimisation, alignment, or migration.
The successful candidate will work closely with subject matter experts, operational teams, and technical stakeholders to translate complex system information into structured insights that inform senior decision-making.
