I am hiring for Business Analyst - Identity & Access Management (IAM) / Entitlements

Location: Northampton - Hybrid / 2-3 days Per week in Office

Proven experience as a Business Analyst within a banking or regulated financial services environment.

Demonstrable experience working on Identity & Access Management (IAM), entitlement programmes, or Cyber Security initiatives.

Strong understanding of access governance principles, including:

  • Least privilege
  • Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
  • Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC)
  • Segregation of Duties (SoD)

Experience analyzing entitlements, access roles, privilege structures, and control gaps across complex application landscapes.
