Summary: The IAM Business Analyst role focuses on ensuring secure and consistent role-based access across the organization by translating business functions into structured role definitions. The position involves collaboration with stakeholders to define access needs, maintain documentation, and support IAM governance. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct interviews and workshops with department leads and key stakeholders to gather role-related information.
  • Analyze business processes and job functions to identify access needs and responsibilities.
  • Define and document business roles, including associated permissions and access requirements.
  • Collaborate with IAM and IT teams to align role definitions with access control policies.
