Summary: The Business Analyst role focuses on enhancing HR processes through the Workday Pay Data Expansion Project for a global life sciences client. The position involves data collection, process analysis, and collaboration with various stakeholders to improve user experience and standardization. This is a 4-month hybrid contract position requiring expertise in HR technology and Workday. The role is critical for the successful implementation of new functionalities and tracking post-implementation metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and consolidate data from various countries regarding current allowances and one-time payment practices
- Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement and standardization
- Assist the Process Lead in developing design principles for the future state process
- Develop detailed test plans and test cases for new functionalities
- Liaise between technical teams, HR operations, and business stakeholders
- Maintain project documentation, including requirements, design documents, and process maps
- Support design, implementation of mechanisms and analysis to track post-implementation process metrics
Key Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in HR technology projects
- Experience with Workday or similar HRIS systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in process mapping and requirements gathering techniques
