Summary: The role of Business Analyst at IPL focuses on leading the design and mapping of HR processes, particularly in time and attendance, payroll, recruitment, and learning and development. This temporary, full-time position is essential for implementing new systems that enhance efficiency and employee experience within the HR team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business analysis and HR systems, driving process improvements and automation initiatives. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with HR teams to analyze, design, and map end-to-end HR processes.
- Gather detailed business requirements from stakeholders for recruitment and learning functions.
- Support the configuration and implementation of new HR systems.
- Drive initiatives to automate and streamline recruitment and learning processes.
- Analyze HR data to assess process performance and generate insights.
- Create documentation of HR processes and provide training on new systems.
- Continuously seek improvements in HR processes aligned with industry trends.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on HR processes.
- Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio) and familiarity with HRIS, ATS, or learning management systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Third Level qualification in Business, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Relevant certification in business analysis is a plus.
