Summary: The role of Business Analyst – HR, Global Mobility involves assisting in the implementation of a new Global Mobility HR system for a multinational client, covering the full lifecycle from RFI/RFP to delivery. The position requires experience in HR project management and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should be familiar with Agile and Waterfall methodologies and possess strong communication skills. This is a contract position with hybrid working arrangements, requiring some in-office presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the implementation of a Global Mobility HR system.
  • Manage the full lifecycle from RFI/RFP to delivery.
  • Utilize experience in Global Mobility projects.
  • Develop user stories and process mapping.

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
