Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyse business requirements for the Events and Food and Beverage workstreams, ensuring alignment with overall programme objectives.
- Quickly understand complex business processes, mapping them out and identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with implementation partners, developers, SMEs, and business teams to ensure clarity and feasibility of requirements.
- Act as the liaison between businesses and technical teams, translating business needs into functional requirements.
- Own business analysis deliverables including driving requirements gathering sessions, documentation, and validation processes.
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of business analysis outputs, adhering to key milestones.
- Provide clear and structured communication to stakeholders, identifying risks and potential roadblocks proactively.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within large-scale hospitality projects, especially in Events and Food & Beverage.
- Expertise in eliciting and documenting business requirements with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong experience in mapping and optimising business processes in hospitality environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- A strong sense of ownership, ensuring accountability for deliverables and meeting project milestones.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies, especially working within Scrum teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with multiple competing priorities.
- Experience collaborating with implementation partners, developers, and SMEs to bridge business and technical needs.
