Summary: The role of Business Analyst in Healthcare, Data, and AI involves joining a critical program for a prominent Healthcare Insurer. The candidate will be responsible for documenting business processes and translating business needs into technical solutions. This is a hybrid role, requiring two days on-site in London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and document business processes to gather and define requirements.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and data models.
  • Work on large-scale Data and Artificial Intelligence (AI) programmes.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Implement and manage Data governance frameworks and processes.
  • Utilize Data Analysis tools such as SQL, Python, and R.
  • Communicate effectively and manage stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Proven commercial experience as a Business Analyst within Insurance and Healthcare.
  • Expertise in Data Analysis and Healthcare systems.
  • Strong knowledge of Healthcare & Insurance industry regulations and Data privacy standards.

My client is an instantly recognisable Healthcare Insurer who urgently require Business Analyst expertise in Healthcare, Data and AI to join a business-critical programme.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven commercial experience working as a Business Analyst within Insurance and the Healthcare space.
  • Experience working on large-scale Data and Artificial Intelligence (AI) programmes with expertise in Data Analysis and Healthcare systems.
  • The ability to analyse and document business processes to gather and define requirements.
  • The ability to develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and data models.
  • Proficiency in Data Analysis tools such as SQL, Python and R.
  • Strong knowledge of Healthcare & Insurance industry regulations and Data privacy standards.
  • Previous experience implementing and managing Data governance frameworks and processes.
  • The ability to work with technical teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
