Summary: The role of Business Analyst in Healthcare, Data, and AI involves joining a critical program for a prominent Healthcare Insurer. The position requires expertise in data analysis and healthcare systems, with a focus on large-scale AI initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for documenting business processes and translating business needs into technical solutions. This is a hybrid role, requiring two days on-site in London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document business processes to gather and define requirements.
- Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and data models.
- Work on large-scale Data and Artificial Intelligence (AI) programmes.
- Collaborate with technical teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Implement and manage Data governance frameworks and processes.
- Utilize Data Analysis tools such as SQL, Python, and R.
- Communicate effectively and manage stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively in a team environment.
Key Skills:
- Proven commercial experience as a Business Analyst within Insurance and Healthcare.
- Expertise in Data Analysis and Healthcare systems.
- Strong knowledge of Healthcare & Insurance industry regulations and Data privacy standards.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience with Data governance frameworks.
- Immediate availability is a plus.

My client is an instantly recognisable Healthcare Insurer who urgently require Business Analyst expertise in Healthcare, Data and AI to join a business-critical programme.
Key Requirements:
- Proven commercial experience working as a Business Analyst within Insurance and the Healthcare space.
- Experience working on large-scale Data and Artificial Intelligence (AI) programmes with expertise in Data Analysis and Healthcare systems.
- The ability to analyse and document business processes to gather and define requirements.
- The ability to develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and data models.
- Proficiency in Data Analysis tools such as SQL, Python and R.
- Strong knowledge of Healthcare & Insurance industry regulations and Data privacy standards.
- Previous experience implementing and managing Data governance frameworks and processes.
- The ability to work with technical teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
