Summary: The Business Analyst for Guest Data & CRM Systems will play a pivotal role in a 12-month fixed-term contract, focusing on gathering and analyzing data requirements for a CRM transformation program within a leading hospitality organization. The position requires strong experience with CRM systems and effective communication with senior stakeholders. The role involves both office and home working, emphasizing collaboration with various teams to enhance guest data processes. This opportunity is part of a significant change initiative in a well-established company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, document, prioritize, and own data and business requirements for the CRM transformation program.
  • Build relationships with Digital Product Owners and subject matter experts to ensure continuous involvement in program discussions.
  • Create data flow and process diagrams to reflect and validate requirements.
  • Lead requirement gathering workshops and ensure all requirements are documented within project deadlines.
  • Support the Data Integration team with planning, coordination, and reporting activities.
  • Collaborate with internal and external technical experts for system design and implementation.
  • Run user workshops to elicit feedback on proposed designs and address challenges.
  • Assist with implementation activities, including training and post-implementation support.

Key Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of industry experience in managing business change projects, preferably with CRM system implementations.
  • Strong data analytics and management expertise, including data quality, security, compliance, and risk management.
  • Experience with big data setup, data integration tools, and data migration.
  • Competence in technical analysis and complex problem-solving.
  • Understanding of agile, waterfall, and hybrid project methodologies.
  • Strong organizational, planning, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex challenges for stakeholders and possess commercial awareness.
  • Degree educated or equivalent, with relevant certifications in Business Analysis or Scrum methodologies.
