Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end analysis across transfer agency and fund accounting processes, mapping current and future-state workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support platform migration and process redesign.
- Drive UAT activity, including test case creation, defect management and final sign-off.
- Engage senior stakeholders, present findings, and support informed decision-making.
- Use financial literacy to interpret complex investment data and contribute to system enhancements.
- Manage delivery tasks effectively using JIRA and work closely with technical and testing teams.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within fund accounting.
- Background in asset management or investment management is essential.
- Strong requirements gathering, analysis and workflow documentation skills.
- Solid understanding of asset classes, corporate actions, cashflows, pricing, performance reporting and IBOR.
- Hands-on experience with UAT and supporting platform migrations or system upgrades.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics for stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies; JIRA proficiency essential.
- Degree in Finance/IT preferred; CFA, IMC or similar qualifications advantageous.
