Summary: The role of Business Analyst requires a bilingual professional fluent in French and English to assist in mapping existing business processes and making decisions regarding system integration and automation rebuilds. The position is contract-based, with a remote/hybrid working arrangement and occasional travel to France and the UK. The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders, document processes, and support decision-making within the client's technology stack. The contract is initially for three months, starting at the end of August or early September.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders in France and the UK to extract business process knowledge
- Document existing processes and automations clearly and accurately
- Translate French documentation and workflows into clear English
- Support the decision-making process around rebuilding automations within the client's own technology stack
- Liaise with technical and non-technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment
