Summary: The Business Analyst for Headless AppDirect End-to-end Journeys will be responsible for engaging with stakeholders to facilitate requirements workshops and document business needs. This role requires collaboration with various teams to support the development of customer and colleague journeys, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. The position is based in London and operates in a hybrid model, requiring three days on-site work. The contract duration is between 6 to 12 months and is classified as inside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Run and drive engagement with a diverse range of stakeholders across relevant business and technical areas; facilitate requirements workshops with clear outcomes, ensuring that choices and resulting decisions are captured and documented effectively.
- Capture high-level business requirements and support the detailed documentation of end-to-end customer and colleague journeys, translating business needs into clear, actionable specifications.
- Collaborate with Service Design colleagues to understand and articulate the implications of strategic choices and design decisions across the entire end-to-end customer or colleague journey for migrations.
- Support the discovery, elaboration, and prioritisation of features to shape the Headless AppDirect backlog; facilitate workshops and discussions to refine and prioritise the backlog.
- Engage closely with Solution Design resources from business and technical teams as needed, providing the required level of detail to enable high-level, and subsequently detailed, estimates of development effort.
Key Skills:
- 3-5 years of experience in business analysis.
- Ability to run and drive stakeholder engagement and requirements workshops.
- Strong documentation skills for capturing business requirements and specifications.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product, Service Design, and Tech Design.
- Understanding of strategic choices and design implications on customer journeys.

- In collaboration with Service Design colleagues, understand and articulate the implications of strategic choices and design decisions across the entire end-to-end customer or colleague journey for migrations, including any potential impact on current operations.
- Support the discovery, elaboration, and prioritisation of features to shape the Headless AppDirect backlog; facilitate workshops and discussions to refine and prioritise the backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and technical feasibility, working in close collaboration with Product, Service Design, Tech Design teams.
- Engage closely with Solution Design resources from business and technical teams as needed, providing the required level of detail to enable high-level, and subsequently detailed, estimates of development effort.
