Summary: The Business Analyst role focuses on supporting a retail business during a transformation period, requiring in-depth analysis of retail processes and stakeholder management. The position is a 6-month contract with a hybrid working arrangement, involving occasional travel to the Lincoln office. Key Responsibilities:
- In depth business analysis (as is/to be) of retail processes and transformation projects
- Identifying pain points, inefficiencies, and process mapping
- Requirements gathering
- Internal/external stakeholder management
- Project documentation
Key Skills:
- Proven BA experience covering the retail/FMCG sector and processes (and/or POS, Inventory Management, Supply Chain etc.)
- Ability to visit Lincoln offices as required
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Agile/Waterfall understanding
- Ability to map and detail processes
Salary (Rate): £500 per day

A successful retail business is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join them during a busy period of transformation.
