This individual will be responsible for bridging the gap between business and technical teams, ensuring that business requirements are accurately captured, analyzed, and translated into technical specifications.Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams. Conduct gap analysis and support solution development. Contribute to project management activities. Develop a deep understanding of the business domain. Collaborate closely with the self-service product team to refine the customer journey based on specific use cases. Analyze customer behaviour and feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement. Develop and implement enhancements to the self-service platform to improve customer satisfaction and efficiency.Essential Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field. Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a financial services or technology environment. Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies. Have understanding of customer journey and use cases across Fraud, KYC/Fincrime, Regulatory framework and able to keep customer safe in Selfserve portal Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Proficiency in using business analysis tools.Desired Attributes Proactive and self-motivated. Attention to detail. Ability to challenge the status quo and drive innovation. Strong customer focus. Experience working with self-service product teams. Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles.
