Summary: As a Finance Transformation Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the Finance Transformation Programme by producing essential documentation and assisting in the implementation of improved financial processes. This position requires strong organizational, technical, and partnering skills to ensure alignment with organizational goals and compliance requirements. You will engage with stakeholders across multiple international locations to facilitate the success of finance transformation initiatives. The role is hybrid, requiring three days a week in the Maidenhead office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design of ‘to be’ processes, ensuring process flows and narratives are captured concisely
- Corroborate documented processes through data analysis
- Chair workshops with stakeholders to elicit information about their processes
- Create procedure manuals for implementation of the ‘to be’ processes
- Develop and deliver training across the business on new processes, and prepare periodic communications
- Supervise and document User Acceptance Testing and input into go-live decision points
Key Skills:
- Part-Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA Accountant, or equivalent experience
- Strong background in documenting and assessing financial processes
- Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g. Visio)
- Familiarity with risk and control frameworks
- Exposure to transformation projects or change management initiatives
- Experience of working with stakeholders spread across multiple international locations
- Analytical thinker with a focus on identifying root causes and solutions
- Attention to detail and commitment to high quality deliverables
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly
