Summary: The role of Business Analyst involves joining a major transformation programme at a large university in the North West. The successful candidate will work with an established BA team to document To-Be business processes, facilitate process mapping, and conduct gap and impact analysis. We are currently supporting a large university in the North West who are looking to appoint an experienced Business Analyst to join a major transformation programme.
Working alongside an established BA team, you will be responsible for documenting To-Be business processes, facilitating process mapping activity and carrying out gap and impact analysis across a range of business areas.
This role is ideally suited to someone with strong process-focused Business Analysis experience who is comfortable operating within large and complex transformation environments.
Key experience required:
- Strong Business Analysis experience across large transformation/change programmes
- Excellent business process modelling skills using BPMN
- Experience facilitating workshops and documenting To-Be processes
- Strong gap analysis and impact assessment experience
- Ability to work collaboratively within a wider BA/change team
Desirable experience:

Contract details:
- Initial 6 month contract
- Inside IR35
- 2 days per week onsite in the North West
