We are currently supporting a large university in the North West who are looking to appoint an experienced Business Analyst to join a major transformation programme.Working alongside an established BA team, you will be responsible for documenting To-Be business processes, facilitating process mapping activity and carrying out gap and impact analysis across a range of business areas.This role is ideally suited to someone with strong process-focused Business Analysis experience who is comfortable operating within large and complex transformation environments.

Key experience required:

  • Strong Business Analysis experience across large transformation/change programmes
  • Excellent business process modelling skills using BPMN
  • Experience facilitating workshops and documenting To-Be processes
  • Strong gap analysis and impact assessment experience
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a wider BA/change team

Desirable experience:

  • Higher Education sector experience
  • Experience supporting enterprise or ERP transformation programmes
  • HR / People or Finance process experience

Contract details:

  • Initial 6 month contract
  • Inside IR35
  • 2 days per week onsite in the North West
