Summary: The Business Analyst role at Dechra involves supporting the implementation of Oracle Cloud applications within the Manufacturing and Supply Chain division. The position focuses on ensuring project deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards, contributing to the digital transformation of processes across the global business. The successful candidate will engage in various tasks, including documentation, training, and project support, while embodying the company's core values. This is a fixed-term contract ending in December 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the completion of key project deliverables such as Change Impact Assessments, User Requirement Specifications, and Functional Risk Assessments.
  • Assist in the authoring, reviewing, and approval process of user acceptance testing scripts, Global / Local SOPs, and Work Instructions.
  • Ensure all deliverables and documentation meet Quality and Computer Systems Validation (CSV) standards.
  • Competent use of various systems including Kneat, Veeva, Zoho, Asana, and Oracle.
  • Good understanding of the overall ERP system design, with proficient knowledge of the Global Process Owners workstream and processes.
  • Ability to facilitate face-to-face and virtual training with manufacturing sites in various global locations.
  • Work to deadlines, communicate and escalate challenges effectively, with a solution-focused mindset.
  • Deputise for the Global Process Owner as required.
  • Ad-hoc support of the Business-as-usual quarterly update process and change management of the Oracle solution.
