Key Responsibilities:

- Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements for entitlement remediation, access optimisation, and governance improvements.
- Define future-state access models aligned with IAM frameworks, regulatory expectations, and audit requirements.
- Produce process flows, entitlement catalogues, lifecycle documentation, and access governance artefacts.
- Collaborate with Technology, Cyber Security, Risk, and Operations teams to ensure accurate implementation of access changes.
- Support UAT, change impact assessment, SoD validation, and delivery tracking for entitlement initiatives.
