Summary: The Business Analyst (Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity) role involves ensuring the accuracy and audit-readiness of procedures related to disaster recovery, business continuity, and cyber resilience. Key Responsibilities:
- Review that the correct processes, procedures & documentation are in place for audits and compliance reviews
- Support with scenario testing development
- Write, update, and maintain Disaster Recovery (DR) procedures and documentation
- Collaborate with Technology Subject Matter Experts to understand cyber, BC & DR strategies & procedures
- Ensure documentation reflects recovery processes & failover procedures
- Translate technical procedures into clear steps for stakeholders
Key Skills:
- Previous experience as a Business Analyst supporting with Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity or Cyber Resilience projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lead design review sessions
- Good understanding of Disaster Recovery and Service Continuity

This role focuses on ensuring the accuracy and audit-readiness of procedures related to DR, BC & Cyber resilience, supporting the companies operational resilience and collaborating with various teams across technology domains. This will be an initial 6 month contract (inside IR35) and you will be needed onsite 1 day a week.
