Our sister company Stellarmann are supporting a leading London Market insurer who are looking for a contract Business Analyst. You will be working closely with senior IT and business stakeholders to capture requirements for the implementation of a new Digital Employee Experience (DEX) platform (Nexthink), and collaborating with an external services partner to ensure a smooth and successful delivery. The platform will integrate into the organisation's existing ServiceNow ecosystem and will transform how IT proactively manages, resolves and optimises the employee digital experience.

You'll be great for this role if:

  • You have strong Digital Workplace/DEX experience
  • You have a proven track record as a Business Analyst working on technical IT change
  • You have experience gathering requirements, mapping as is/to be processes and running workshops
  • You have strong understanding of ITSM/Service Desk processes
  • You have worked on implementations involving ServiceNow and external vendors
  • You are an excellent communicator who can engage senior stakeholders
This is an Outside IR35 contract and requires hybrid working with time onsite in London.
