  • Have strong Lloyd's & London Market Insurance experience
  • Have experience of delivering Delegated Authority projects
  • Have strong requirements gathering, Process Mapping, Gap analysis and stakeholder experience
  • Have strong communication, ability to challenge and validate assumptions, detail orientated and able to deal with ambiguity and changing priorities
  • Have experience using documentation and tools- eg JIRA, Visio
  • Have testing support - BA Tools, Documentation and Testing Support.
  • Have strong stakeholder management skills
  • Have worked with 3rd party vendors
