Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and facilitate workshops with cross-functional teams across business and IT
  • Drive stakeholder engagement across senior and operational levels to ensure alignment and commitment
  • Gather, analyse, and document detailed business requirements for CRM solutions (Dynamics CRM or Salesforce)
  • Translate business needs into actionable user stories and functional specifications
  • Push back when needed to challenge assumptions and ensure clarity of scope
  • Collaborate with European teams to maintain momentum across regions
  • Support the transition from discovery to implementation, ensuring continuity and readiness

The ideal candidate will take a strong, business-wide view and be confident in leading stakeholder engagement, driving workshops, and challenging processes to deliver clear outcomes. This is a fast-paced role in a challenging environment, therefore the client require someone that can hit the ground running amongst a lean team.
