We're looking for a driven and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join a leading insurance Firm, working closely with trading divisions on data-focused projects and technology-enabled change.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements, including BRS documentation.
- Work across the full SDLC, collaborating with development, QA and testing teams.
- Manage stakeholders across business and technology functions.
- Support data, analytics, automation and technology-driven change initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes through modern technology and intelligent solutions.
Key Skills
- Business Analysis experience with strong requirements elicitation skills.
- Good understanding of the SDLC and Agile delivery.
- Strong SQL skills.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira and MS Office.
- Power BI experience is advantageous.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
- An interest in data, AI, automation and emerging technology.
