Conduct process mapping to understand current processes and identify areas for improvement in future-state processes.
Develop business cases to support project proposals.
Lead the presentation of prototype, gather client feedback and ensure clients goes through a User Acceptance Testing.
UAT to ensure it delivers on client expectations.
Lead meetings with clients, documenting decisions and project managing follow ups and tracking project milestones and timelines.
Document and translate client requirements into technical requirements for the Solution Architect to develop.
Previous experience with D365 is essential.
