Summary: The role of Business Analyst focuses on supporting a significant cyber security transformation program, specifically the implementation of Microsoft Defender for Endpoint across IT and Operational Technology environments. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support delivery, governance, and service transition activities.
  • Maintain key documentation including Target Operating Model (TOM), service acceptance documents, runbooks, and onboarding approaches.
  • Coordinate onboarding, pilot readiness, and production deployment activities.
  • Engage with Cyber Security, Infrastructure, OT teams, and third-party suppliers.
  • Support governance, compliance, DPIAs, supplier assurance, and risk management activities.
  • Develop Power BI dashboards and reporting to provide delivery insights.

Key Skills:

  • Proven Business Analyst experience on large-scale cyber security programmes.
  • Microsoft Defender for Endpoint experience.
  • Knowledge of OT environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management and governance skills.
  • Experience producing operational and service transition documentation.
  • Advanced data analysis and reporting skills, including Power BI.

Business Analyst - Microsoft Defender for Endpoint

£600 per day via umbrella - 9 months - Reading (Hybrid)

Lorien is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support a major cyber security transformation programme for one of our clients focused on the rollout of Microsoft Defender for Endpoint across their IT and Operational Technology (OT) environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support delivery, governance, and service transition activities.
  • Maintain key documentation including Target Operating Model (TOM), service acceptance documents, runbooks, and onboarding approaches.
  • Coordinate onboarding, pilot readiness, and production deployment activities.
  • Engage with Cyber Security, Infrastructure, OT teams, and third-party suppliers.
  • Support governance, compliance, DPIAs, supplier assurance, and risk management activities.
