As a business Analyst, you'll play a key part inImproving customer experience by delivering insightful performance reportingAnd analysis. You'll work across a variety of functions, all within a highly regulated and fast-paced environment.
You'll beResponsible for:

  • Creating and maintaining performance dashboards that drive decision-making.
  • Conducting Root cause analysis and making actionable performance recommendations.
