Business Analyst (Contract) - Must be SC Cleared

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support business and technology transformation initiatives. Working with stakeholders, product owners, project teams, and technical teams, you will gather and analyse requirements, improve business processes, and support the successful delivery of solutions within an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, validate, and document business requirements.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and process-mapping sessions.
• Produce user stories, business requirements, process maps, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, Architects, Test Teams, and Project Managers.
• Support Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, and sprint planning.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency.
• Support UAT, defect management, and solution validation.
• Perform data analysis and reporting to support business decisions.
• Manage stakeholder engagement and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven Business Analyst experience within business or technology transformation programmes.
• Strong requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation skills.
• Experience managing stakeholders across business and technical teams.
• Experience working within Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Experience supporting testing and business readiness activities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
