Business Analyst – Compliance – Public Sector / Property Management

A leading property management company in the public sector are improving operating model and business processes as part of the implementing of a digital compliance system and have an opportunity for a Business Analyst to play a key role in the development of an operating model and delivery of systems for compliance and regulatory reporting.

You will play a key role working across various business analysis tasks including requirements gathering, operating model analysis, business process mapping, as-is/to-be process capture, gap analysis, solution assessment, and master data analysis.

You will have experience in working in regulated/compliance focused environment, preferably with either public sector, or property management, real estate, or housing association related industries.

You should apply for this role if you are/have:

  • 3+ years business analysis experience on public sector or property related projects
  • Full lifecycle business analysis skills with both process and systems change experience
  • Significant compliance/regulated projects experience involving statutory inspection
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Degree educated or higher; BCS or similar business analysis qualification preferred

This is a £450-£500/day all-in/umbrella rate role; 1 day a week in Worcestershire, otherwise remote.
