• Gathering and analysing customer outcomes to support improved processes and services.
• Managing customer impact assessments with input from cross-functional teams.
• Ensuring smooth transitions to new services/processes through effective communication.
• Collaborating with account management, product development, engineering, and operations teams.
• Documenting business requirements for gaps identified during impact assessments.
• Supporting the creation of customer transition plans/schedules.
• Facilitating communication and collaboration with remote teams to achieve project milestones.

Key Skills:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in cloud migration projects.
• AWS experience or familiarity with AWS environments.
